• How Early Should I Plan My Trip to Tibet?

  To ensure you a seamless Tibet trip, it is highly recommended to plan your trip with us at least one month in advance, since paperwork like Tibet Travel Permit need time to process.

  Additionally, enough time also helps you to get the better prices for hotels and flight tickets. If you opt for the Tibet train, we need time to secure the ticket for you since it is very popular. As for the flight and hotels, booking early allows you to get the better prices.

• Is My Tibet Travel Permit Guaranteed?

  Unlike other travel agencies always not sure about Tibet Travel Permit, we 100% guarantee for Tibet Permit application to our clients (for free), as well as other permits your itinerary requires.

  It takes us at least 7 days to get it ready for you and mailing it also takes time, so please provide us your passport and valid visa once you booked. In case you need assistance in applying Chinese visa, we can offer the necessary document to facilitate the process.

• How Do I Make Changes for My Booking?

  If you need to change the departure date of your trip, room sharing option or make any other changes to your booking, just call or email the travel agent who you made the booking with. We’ll handle the rest for you.

  Since fees may occurs because the hotels, flights and train tickets are pre-booked, please let us know as soon as possible if you want to make any changes and we need time to deal with our suppliers.

• Any Discount I Could Get if I book early?

  For some of our products, we offer 5% off for those booking together with other two travelers (3 or 3 above in total) at the same time, or 5% off for those booking 3 months in advance. Contact us for more details.
